Local Restaurants & Places to Eat around Great Linford

Aqua

309 Avebury Blvd, Milton Keynes MK9 2GA, UK – 01908 242977

The atmosphere and food were great. As expected for this kind of venue, the price isn't the cheapest, but it may well be worth it. Staff are helpful too. I went during a quiet period, so we had all the attention we needed.

My third visit to this restaurant. The food is extremely good value and very nicely presented. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us as a large party which dwindled due to the football. We were served by Dimitar who is bursting with personality and extremely helpful. He is a credit to the restaurant.

Browns Milton Keynes

Unit 300 CBX3, Midsummer Blvd, Milton Keynes MK9 2EA, UK – 01908 241118

British kitchen at medium-high class. Nice ambience and amazing bar area with wide range of spirits. Definitely worth visiting for a good cocktail and dinner. Especially worth to come on Thursdays with fresh lobster!

The venue is classy. The steak is good and the seating outside in the sun, is perfect. Whenever I'm in MK, I always start here and sometimes finish here.

Nando's

Unit 27, Xscape, Avebury Boulevard 602, V8 Marlborough St, Milton Keynes MK9 3XS, UK – 01908 609503

Busy Nandos in the massive Xscape building. The staff were friendly enough though they misheard my table number when ordering. Fortunately rectified fairly easily. The bottomless soft drinks were reasonable value for money and it was interesting to experiment with the different flavourings they had - I wouldn't recommend the cherry flavoured Sprite Zero!

It's chicken with some sauce on top. Could I recreate at home, absolutely. Nothing wrong with this particular restaurant, quite large, good for preordering as they seem to have it down to a t, there were over 20 of us and food came out quickly and hot, just nandos is a little overrated in my opinion.
